浅析我国高校全科医学教育现状

Analysis on the Current Situation of General Practice Education in Colleges and Universities in China

高校全科医学教育是全科医学教育的启蒙阶段,对医学生以后的职业选择有着很重要的影响,决定了未来我国全科医师的整体素质与水平。目前高校全科医学教育课程体系不健全、特色不明显;教学模式仍以传统教学为主,新型的教学理念和模式应用不充分;评价体系陈旧且单一,不利于全科医学教育质量的持续提高;师资队伍质量不高、专业性不强,迫切需要加强全科师资队伍建设;虽然各层面的支持政策较多,但实际获得的支持资源非常有限且难以落实,仍然需要针对性与可行性强的全方位支持。坚持把全科医学教育纳入高校医学教育改革与发展规划中,结合国家政策与导向,针对存在的问题进行改革,逐步建立符合我国国情的全科医学教育与人才培养体系,为实现健康中国战略发挥应有的作用。

General practice education in colleges and universities is the initiation stage of general practice education,which exerts an important influence on the career choice of medical students and the overall quality of future general practitioners.The current curriculum system of general practice education in colleges and universities is far from sound and distinctive.Traditional teaching still dominates the teaching mode,while new teaching concepts and modes are not sufficiently applied;the evaluation system is old and single,which is not conducive to the continuous improvement of the quality of general practice education;the quality and professionalism of the faculty are not satisfying enough,and the construction of general medicine faculty is in urgent need of improving.Although there are more support policies at various levels,the actual support resources obtained are very limited and difficult to implement,and all-round support with strong target and feasibility is still needed.In a word,general practice education should be incorporated into the reform and development plan of medical education in colleges and universities.And we need to combine with national policies and guidance,carry out reforms in response to the existing problems,and generally establish a system in line with China’s national conditions for general practice education and talent training,thus playing a proper role in realizing Healthy China initiative.
