放射肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训临床教学的哲学辩证法 被引量:2

摘要 2014年中国科学技术大学附属第一医院放射肿瘤专业被批准为国家级住院医师规范化培训基地,在教学过程中,发现放射肿瘤科因专业型强、知识面广,医学本科阶段基本不涉及,导致住院医师在规范化培训期间学习和理解较困难。文章首先对放射肿瘤治疗学的临床教学特点作了阐述,介绍了放射肿瘤治疗学的教学内容,包含放射物理学、放射生物学及临床肿瘤学等多个方面。其次运用哲学辩证法的三大规律,介绍了X射线治疗肿瘤的基本原理,分次照射的教学方法和肿瘤整体治疗的理念,并用乳腺癌进行了举例说明。由于放射肿瘤学的知识范围广,更新速度快,采用老式课堂教学难以满足住院医师规范化培训的要求。采用哲学辩证法教学是一种非常好的尝试。为培养合格的放射肿瘤专业住院医师丰富了教学经验。 Radiotherapy was approved as the state-level standardized resident training base in 2014.In the teaching process,it was found that the department of radiation oncology was not involved in the undergraduate stage,which made it difficult for residents to learn during the standardized training.Firstly,this article expounded the clinical teaching characteristics of radiation oncology,and introduced the teaching content of radiation oncology,including radiation physics,radiation biology and clinical oncology.Secondly,we taught the basic principle of X-ray treatment of tumors,the method of fractional irradiation and the concept of overall tumor treatment by the three Laws of philosophical dialectics.And we used breast cancer as an example to illustrate it.Due to the wide range of radiation oncology knowledge and the fast updating speed,it is difficult to meet the requirements of standardized training for residents by using old-fashioned classroom teaching.It is a very good attempt to use philosophical dialectics in teaching.It has enriched teaching experience for training qualified radiation oncology residents.
