城市微更新视角下的老旧社区公共空间的营造——以青岛武夷山路社区为例

The Construction of Public Space in Old Community from the Perspective of Urban Micro Renewal:A Case of Wuyishan Road Community in Qingdao

我国在经历了建设发展的蓬勃期后,不少居住区已老旧不堪,基础设施相当匮乏,不符合时代发展需求。此外,公共空间衍生出不少失落空间,难以倡导社区互动,培养社区意识。相比以往的“大拆大建”,我国城市现已步入存量优化阶段。出于经济、民生、文化的多重角度,城市微更新是城市内涵式发展和可持续发展的必然选择。文章选取青岛市武夷山路社区为研究对象,基于社区营造层面,通过调研分析、设计优化,采用底层公共化重塑老旧社区的公共空间,促进人口构成丰富的社区互动,提升居民生活的幸福感。

After the booming period of construction and development in China,many residential areas have become old and dilapidated,and the infrastructure is quite lacking,which does not meet the needs of the Times.Moreover,there are many lost spaces in public space,which makes it difficult to advocate community interaction and cultivate the sense of community.Compared with the previous“demolition and construction”,the cities in China have now entered the stage of inventory optimization.From the aspects of the economy,people’s livelihood and culture,urban micro-renewal is the inevitable choice for urban connotative development and sustainable development.This paper selects Wuyishan Road Community in Qingdao as the research object.Based on the community construction,through research analysis and design optimization,the public space of the bottom layer is used to reshape the public space of the old community,so as to promote the community interaction and improve residents’happiness of life in communities with rich composition of the population.
