青岛近代历史建筑保护导则研究——以芝罘路71号为例

Study on the Protection Guidelines of Modern Historical Buildings in Qingdao:A Case Study of No.71 Zhifu Road

目前,我国历史建筑的保护工作已经成为历史文化名城保护与历史文化遗产保护中不可或缺的环节。文章通过总结青岛近代历史建筑保护中出现的问题,引出对《青岛历史建筑与传统风貌建筑保护技术导则》的具体解读,并以芝罘路71号历史建筑的保护修缮设计为案例,对青岛近代建筑保护利用问题的思路与方法进行探讨,为青岛近代历史建筑的保护与利用提供参考。

At present,the protection of historic buildings in China has become an indispensable part in the protection of historic and cultural cities and historical and cultural heritage.This paper summarizes the problems arising from the protection of modern historical buildings in Qingdao,and draws forth the interpretation on“the Guidelines for the Protection Technology of Historical Buildings and Traditional Style Buildings in Qingdao”.Taking the protection and repair design for the historic building on No.71 Zhifu Road as an example,the paper discusses the ideas and methods for the protection and utilization of modern historic buildings in Qingdao,and provides a reference for the protection and utilization of Qingdao modern historic buildings.
