摘要
目的研究混合牙列期颅面部宽度遗传作用的纵向变化规律。方法测量89对双生子女童的头颅正位片。采用混合纵向观察法,最终得到有效双生子对数183对(其中同卵110对,异卵73对)。利用双生子研究法对颅面部宽度作遗传和环境作用的纵向统计分析。结果颅面部宽度(L-R.Lo、L-R.ZA、L-R.Co、L-R.Mx、L-R.Go)均能够检测到环境因素的影响(P<0.05),其中L-R.Lo、L-R.ZA、L-R.Mx较明显。颅面部宽度(L-R.Lo、L-R.Mx、L-R.Co、L-R.Go)能够检测到遗传因素的影响(P<0.05),其中L-R.Go整个观察期均较明显,L-R.Lo、L-R.Co、L-R.Mx在观察后期较明显。结论颅面部宽度受环境作用的影响,面上部受环境作用影响较强,面中部次之,面下部较弱。面上部和面下部有较强的遗传阻力,早期遗传作用影响相对较弱,支持早期功能矫治的观点。
Objective To find the longitudinal genetic effects on craniofacial width in mixed dentition.Methods This study measured the frontal cephalograms of eighty-nine pairs of female twins.With a mixed longitudinal observational approach,the effective twins were 183 pairs(including 110 pairs of monozygous twins and 73 pairs of dizygous twins).The longitudinal statistical analysis of genetic and environmental effects on craniofacial width was performed via twin study.Results Statistical comparisons revealed significant(P<0.05)environmental effects on craniofacial width(L-R.Lo,L-R.ZA,L-R.Co,L-R.Mx,L-R.Go),among which L-R.Lo,L-R.ZA,and L-R Mx were obvious.Genetic effects were found on craniofacial width(L-R.Lo,L-R.Mx,L-R.Co,L-R.Go)(P<0.05),in which L-R.Go is obvious throughout the observation period,and L-R.Lo,L-R.Co and L-R.Mx were obvious in the later observation period.Conclusion Craniofacial width is affected by environmental effects.The width of the upper part of the craniofacial is affected by stronger environmental effects.The width of the middle part of the craniofacial comes second,and the width of the lower part of the craniofacial takes the weakest.The upper part of the craniofacial and the lower part of the craniofacial have stronger genetic resistance.The impact of early genetic effects is relatively weak,which supports the view of early functional treatment.
