推拿结合针刺治疗原发性痛经的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Tuina Combined with Acupuncture in treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的观察推拿结合针刺对原发性痛经患者的临床疗效,评价联合疗法的近、远期效果及安全性。方法将59例原发性痛经患者随机分为对照组29例和观察组30例。对照组予针刺治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用推拿手法治疗。观察治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)、COX痛经症状评分量表(cox menstrual symptom scale,CMSS)评分及中医症候评分,评定疼痛的缓解程度及中医症候改善效果。并在治疗结束后3个月随访,同时记录分析不良事件。结果治疗后观察组VAS评分、CMSS评分、中医症候评分及总有效率均较对照组改善(P<0.05)。结论推拿结合针刺可明显改善原发性痛经患者的临床症状,有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tuina combined with acupuncture on patients with primary dysmenorrhea,and evaluate the short-term and long-term efficacy and safety of the combined therapy.Methods Fifty-nine patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into Control group(29 cases)and Observation group(30 cases).The Control group was treated with acupuncture.The Observation group was added with Tuina on the basis of the Control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,CMSS score and TCM symptom score before and after treatment were observed.The degree of pain relief and improvement effect of TCM symptoms were assessed.And the efficacy before and after treatment were evaluated.The patients were followed up for 3 months after the treatment,and the adverse events were recorded and analyzed.Results After treatment,VAS score,CMSS score,and total effective rate in the observation group were improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tuina combined with acupuncture can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea,and has good clinical efficacy,which is worth promoting.
