摘要
Pickering乳液是一种新型乳液,可以通过固体颗粒取代传统表面活性剂来稳定乳液体系。近年来,基于其良好的生物相容性和优异的稳定性,Pickering乳液在食品、化妆品和生物医药等领域都展现出巨大的应用前景和未来。为进一步促进Pickering乳液在生物医药领域的研究、转化与应用,使其在临床实践中更好地解决实际问题,作者综述了Pickering乳液稳定机制的相关进展、影响稳定性能的干扰因素,以及在过去5年里Pickering乳液在生物医药领域的相关应用,寻找更多新的研究突破口,以拓宽其应用价值。
Pickering emulsion is a new kind of emulsion that can be replaced by solid particles instead of traditional surfactants to stabilize the emulsion system.In recent years,based on its good biocompatibility and excellent stability,Pickering emulsion has shown great application prospects and future in areas such as food,cosmetics,and biomedical medicine.In order to further promote the research,transformation,and application of Pickering emulsion in biomedicine field,so that can better solve the practical problems in clinical practice,in this paper,we reviewed the relevant progress of Pickering emulsion stability mechanism,the interference factors of stability,and the relevant application of Pickering emulsion in the field of biomedical medicine in the past five years.We aim to find more research breakthroughs to broaden its application value.
