CT辐射系统模型在蒙特卡洛模拟中的构建方法研究进展

摘要 X射线被用于医疗照射产生的辐射剂量在人体所受的整体剂量中占比最大,其中CT检查是人体剂量的主要来源。利用蒙特卡洛程序可以模拟计算CT检查时人体所受的辐射剂量,为确保模拟结果准确性,需要建立准确的CT辐射系统模型。本文按照获取X射线能谱、设计蝶形过滤器形状、构建准直器模型和模拟球管旋转运动的建模顺序,分别对国内外相关研究中提出的建模方法进行分类、对比和讨论,并总结出合理的CT辐射系统建模方法,为相关领域的研究者提供参考。 The radiation dose generated by X-rays used for medical exposure accounts is the largest proportion of the overall public dose,and CT examination is the main source of population dose.The Monte Carlo program can be used to simulate and calculate the radiation dose received by the human body during CT examination.In order to ensure the accuracy of the simulation results,it is necessary to establish an accurate CT radiation system model.In this paper,according to the order of X-ray energy spectrum acquisition,bowtie filter shape design,collimator modeling and tube scanning motion simulation,the modeling methods proposed in domestic and foreign related research are classified,compared and discussed,and reasonable CT radiation system modeling methods are summarized to provide reference for researchers in related fields.
