摘要
安全控制显示系统(以下简称为SCDS)是北京广利核系统工程有限公司自主研发的执行核电站B类安全功能的控制显示系统,对比公司自主开发的实现核电站A类安全功能的控制显示单元,需对新增的输入响应时间,以及支持用户通过鼠标操作的响应时间进行测试,但国内行业未有同类系统测试方法可借鉴,且一般工业显示设备响应时间的传统测试方法误差较大,精度很难满足该系统的要求。本文基于SCDS本身的特点,改进传统的一些系统响应时间测试方法,并开展相应良好实践,提高了SCDS响应时间测试结果的准确度和可信性,事实说明建立的响应时间测试方法可以被业界进行同类系统的验证活动所借鉴。
Safety Control Display System(hereinafter referred to as SCDS)is a control display system independently developed by China Techenergy Co.,Ltd(CTEC)to implement class B safety functions of nuclear power plants.Compared with the control display unit independently developed by the company to realize class A safety functions of nuclear power plants,Test the newly added input response time and the response time that supports the users operation through the mouse,but there is no similar system test method in the domestic industry for reference,and the traditional test method of the response time of general industrial equipment has large errors and high accuracy.It is difficult to meet the requirements of the system.Based on the characteristics of SCDS itself this paper improves some traditional system response time test methods,and carries out corresponding good practices to improve the accuracy and reliability of SCDS response time test results.The fact shows that the established response time test method can be used for reference by the industry in the verification activities of similar systems.
