摘要
混合澄清槽是后处理的关键工艺设备,其运行直接关系到放射性料液的萃取效果,采用分体式吹气仪表对其相关参数进行检测。本文基于混合澄清槽检测的特点,在满足检测需求的基础上,优化了吹气仪表管线系统,同时给出了整体一体化吹气仪表检测设计方案和运算方案,提高了设计的统一性,降低了管线系统的复杂性,使安装难度下降,节省了安装空间,增加了现场备品及备件的通用性。
The mixer-settler is the key process equipment for post-treatment.Its operation is directly related to the extraction effect of radioactive liquid.The split air blowing instrument is used to detect the relevant parameters.Based on the detection characteristics of the mixer-settler,the pipeline system is optimized on the basis of meeting the detection requirements.At the same time,the overall integrated design scheme and calculation scheme are given,which improves the unity of the design,reduces the complexity of the pipeline system,reduces the installation difficulty,saves the installation space,and increases the universality of on-site spare parts and spare parts.
