摘要
建设高素质教师队伍是教育高质量发展的基础,厚植教育情怀是我国培育高素质教师的重要内容。当前的师范生教育情怀培育存在着“从教热情低落”“职业认知不足”“理论实践割裂”的现实困境,难以满足教育高质量发展需求。本文通过分析社会价值取向、课程设置安排、培养体系失调对教育理想、认知和实践的影响,提出“增加社会引导,强化理想精神塑造”“优化课程结构,科学安排教学内容”“完善培养体系,夯实理实联动实践”三条实现路径,以高质量培育师范生教育情怀。
The construction of high-quality teachers'team is the basis of high-quality development of education,and the cultivation of education feeling is an important part of cultivating high-quality teachers in China.At present,there are some practical difficulties in the cultivation of normal students'educational feelings,such as"low enthusiasm for teaching","insufficient professional cognition"and"separation of theory and practice",which are difficult to meet the needs of highquality education development.This paper analyzes the impact of social value orientation,curriculum arrangement and training system imbalance on educational ideals,cognition and practice,and puts forward three realization paths:"increasing social guidance,strengthening the shaping of ideal spirit","optimizing the curriculum structure,and scientifically arranging teaching content","improving training system,and consolidating the practice of theory-practice",so as to cultivate the educational feelings of normal students with high quality.
