生源多样化背景下高职分层分类培养探索实践——以重庆水利电力职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 “高职百万扩招”的实施,多元化生源进入校园。基于质量保障,标准化、统一化的培养模式已经不能适应当前生源参差不齐和人才需求多元细分的现状,培养模式需要向多元化差异化方向进行变革。为有效开展教学,满足人才培养目标及各类生源学生个体需求,针对高职院校多元化生源现状,分别从学生分层、目标分层、教学实施和考核评价等方面提出思路,并开展实践研究。 With the implementation of the"million expansion of higher vocational education",diversified students have entered the campus.On the basis of quality assurance,the standardized and unified cultivation mode can no longer adapt to the current situation of diversified student sources and talents'needs,and the cultivation mode needs to change to the direction of diversification and differentiation.In order to carry out teaching and meet the personalized needs of talent training objectives and various student sources effectively,ideas are proposed and practical research is conducted in the areas of student tiering,objective tiering,teaching implementation,and assessment and evaluation,respectively.
