摘要
“家庭营养学”是家政学专业的基础理论课,在家政学人才培养体系中具有重要的地位。提升“家庭营养学”教学效果,须践行“以学生为中心”的教学理念,以学生为主体开展教学。激发学生的学习动机,创设良好的学习环境,是高质量课程教学的基础。同时,应采用多样化的教学策略,促进学生自主学习;加强实践教学,培养学生职业能力;完善学习考核方式,科学评价学习效果。教学改革实践表明,在教学中落实“以学生为中心”理念,学生学习动机增强,学生自主学习能力、职业能力明显提升,学习富有成效。
"Family nutrition"is a basic theoretical course for home economics majors.It plays an important role in the talent training system of home economics.To improve the teaching effect of Family Nutrition,we must practice the teaching concept of"student-centered"and carry out teaching with students as the main body.Motivating students to learn and creating a good learning environment is the basis for high-quality course teaching.At the same time,diverse teaching strategies should be adopted to promote students'independent learning;practical teaching should be strengthened to cultivate students'vocational ability;and learning assessment methods should be improved to scientifically evaluate the learning effect.The practice of teaching reform shows that the implementation of the concept of"student-centered"in teaching enhances students'learning motivation,significantly improves students'independent learning ability and vocational ability,and made their learning more effective.
