摘要
以生物-心理-社会模式理论为指导,通过文献回顾初步形成老年人能力评估快速筛查指标框架,运用德尔菲法对10名专家进行两轮函询,确立老年人能力评估快速筛查指标体系,专家函询的权威程度系数为0.83,二级指标重要性的肯德尔协同系数为0.363,最终构建的快速筛查体系包含一级指标3个、二级指标和快速筛查指标各14个,可为快速筛查和评估老年人能力提供参考。
With the guide of biological-psychological-social theory,the frame of the repaid screening system of the elderly people is looked back,two rounds of correspondent inquiries are carried out to ten experts by means of Delphi method to establish the screening system of the elderly people’s capacity assessment,the secondary index and screening index is 14 respectively,and can offer some reference of the rapid screening the elderly people’s capacity assessment.
