摘要 本文采用案例分析法,选取小米公司的多元化战略为案例,使用协同效应理论、交易成本理论、资源基础观与企业能力理论进行小米公司多元化战略的深入探讨与优化。本文认为,小米因其公司现状与良好的多元化基础而未陷入“多元化泥潭”;同时,本文基于上述理论提出小米公司多元化战略优化,以使小米的多元化战略实施绩效进一步提高。本文通过分析“为什么小米没有陷入‘多元化泥潭’?”“小米的多元化战略是否可以再优化?”两个研究问题,提出小米多元化的优化战略,从而通过小米公司的单案例分析研究,对实施多元化战略的企业在理论层面提供相应的优化策略,以期指导管理实践。 This paper adopts the case analysis method and selects Xiaomi’s diversification strategy as a case. By virtue of synergy theory, transaction cost theory, resource-based view and enterprise capability theory, this paper conducts in-depth discussion and optimization of Xiaomi’s diversification strategy. This study believes that Xiaomi has not fallen into the “diversification quagmire” because of its status quo and excellent diversification foundation. At the same time,the optimization of the diversification strategy proposed based on the above theory will be expected to further improve the performance of the implementation of Xiaomi’s diversification strategy. This paper analyzes “Why hasn’t Xiaomi fallen into the ‘quagmire’ of diversification?” and “Can Xiaomi’s diversification strategy be re-optimized?”, putting forward the optimization strategy of Xiaomi’s diversification. And by virtue of the single case analysis of Xiaomi, this paper provides corresponding optimization strategies for enterprises implementing diversification strategy at the theoretical level, in order to guide management practice.
