摘要
山东龙大肉食在经历了新冠疫情、猪肉价格暴跌的冲击下,仍实现市场占有率的稳步增长。本文基于SCP范式,从产业结构、企业行为及经营绩效方面对龙大肉食的企业战略展开讨论,借助经营数据对其业务构成、产业链和核心竞争力进行分析,总结其全产业链经营模式的特征:上游直接对接养殖场,下游拓宽销售渠道,做到全链打通、可控可追溯。针对其发展现状,文章在组织结构、业务调整、技术创新等方面也提出建议和对策,以期为相关肉制品行业提供借鉴和参考。
Shandong Longda Meat still achieved a steady increase in market share under the impact of the COVID-19 and the sharp drop in pork prices. This paper discusses the corporate strategy of Shandong Longda Meat from the aspects of industrial structure, corporate behavior and business performance based on the SCP paradigm, analyzes its business composition, industrial chain and core competitiveness with the help of business data, and summarizes the characteristics of its entire industrial chain business model: the upstream directly connects with farms, downstream sales channels should be broadened to make the whole chain accessible, controllable and traceable. In view of its development status, this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures are in terms of organizational structure, business adjustment, technological innovation, etc., in order to provide reference and reference related meat products industry.
