长江经济带金融发展与生态文明建设的耦合协调评价及影响因素研究

Research on the Assessment of the Coupling and Coordination of Financial Development and the Construction of Ecological Civilization in the Economic Belt of the Yangtze and Its Infl uence Factors

长江经济带是国家级重大发展战略,本文选取2007—2019年长江经济带11个省份为样本,研究长江经济带金融发展与生态文明建设两个子系统间的耦合协调关系及影响因素。结论表明,耦合协调水平总体趋势沿长江经济带上、中、下游区域逐步提高,投资、环境规制、政府干预对耦合协调度有显著正向影响,而技术因素呈负面影响,最后提出相关建议助力长江经济带可持续发展。

The Yangtze River Economic Belt is a major national development strategy. This paper selects 11provinces of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2007 to 2019 as samples to study the coupling and coordination relationship between the two subsystems of fi nancial development and ecological civilization construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the infl uencing factors. The conclusion shows that the overall trend of coupling coordination level is gradually increasing along the upper, middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Investment,environmental regulation and government intervention have a significant positive impact on the coupling coordination degree, while technical factors have a negative impact. Finally, relevant suggestions are put forward to help the sustainable development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
