西北地区循环经济发展水平评价和效率分析——以青海省农牧业为例 被引量:1

Evaluation and Effi ciency Analysis of the Development Level of Circular Economy in Northwest China——A Case Study of Husbandry in Qinghai Province

摘要 农牧业循环经济发展的分析研究对西北地区生态保护和经济发展具有重要意义。本文以青海省为研究区域,基于2011—2020年的数据,采用熵值法和DEA法对农牧业循环经济发展水平和投入产出下的相对效率进行评价分析。结果表明:(1)2011—2020年,青海省农牧业循环经济发展水平总体表现出上升趋势,经历了上升、下降再快速上升的3个阶段,第三阶段综合评级指数得分明显高于第一和第二阶段,青海省农牧业循环经济逐步朝着更高水平发展。(2)在发展效率方面,青海省农业循环经济发展在2011年、2012年和2020年处于C2R模型下的DEA有效,非DEA有效的年份存在化肥和农药使用过量的现象,表现出规模递增的投入产出状态。 The analysis and research on the development of husbandry circular economy is of great significance to the ecological protection and economic development in the northwest region. Taking Qinghai Province as the research area, based on the data from 2011 to 2020, this paper uses entropy method and DEA method to evaluate and analyze the development level of agricultural and animal husbandry circular economy and the relative e ffi ciency under input and output. The results showed that:(1) The level of agricultural circular economy development in Qinghai Province from 2011 to 2020 generally showed an upward trend, and could be divided into three stages: rising, slow decline and fast rising, the comprehensive rating index score of the third stage was signifi cantly higher than that of the fi rst and second stages, and the husbandry circular economy of Qinghai Province gradually developed to a higher level.(2) In terms of development e ffi ciency, the development of agricultural circular economy in Qinghai Province was DEA ef fective under the C2R model in 2011, 2012 and 2020. In non-DEA ef fective years, there was excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, which showed an increasing input-output state.
