智能教育产品“政产学研用”协同创新生态构建研究 被引量:6

摘要 智能技术与教育教学的深度融合将智能教育产品推到了人工智能教育应用的最前端,在一定程度上承载着推动教育数字化转型的历史使命。然而,智能教育产品的研发与应用尚处于起步阶段,其“政产学研用”分离的现状严重限制了智能产品应用成效的发挥。鉴于此,提出要推动智能教育产品的“政产学研用”协同创新,以此破解智能教育产品应用的现实困境,推动智能教育产品的常态应用,打造智能教育产品的健康业态,从而助推教育的数字化和绿色转型。在此基础上,构建了面向智能教育产品的“政产学研用”协同创新模型,指出其核心目标是实现政府、企业、学校、科研单位、用户等多元主体的协同发力、优势互补,强化政府部门的引导作用,协调多元主体推动智能产品协同创新;强化教育企业的支撑作用,以优质产品的供给赋能教育创新发展;强化学校的主阵地作用,推动智能产品与课堂教学的深度融合;强化科研单位的枢纽作用,激发智能产品协同创新的内在活力;强化产品用户的主体作用,深化学习需求与应用反馈的双向引领。最后,从基本原则、保障机制、实践模式、实施思路四个层面提出智能教育产品“政产学研用”协同创新的推进策略。 The deep integration of intelligent technology and education and teaching has pushed the intelligent education products to the forefront of artificial intelligence education applications. To a certain extent, it carries the historical mission of promoting the digital transformation of education. However, the development and application of intelligent education products are still in the initial stage, and the separation of “policy, production, learning, research and application” seriously restricts the application effect of intelligent products. Based on this, this paper proposes to promote the collaborative innovation of “government, industry, research and application” of intelligent education products, break the real dilemma of intelligent education products application, promote the normal application of intelligent education products, create a healthy business form of intelligent education products, so as to promote the digitization and green transformation of education. On this basis, a collaborative innovation model of “government, industry, university, research and application” oriented to intelligent education products is constructed. It points out that its core goal is to achieve the synergy and complementary advantages of the government, enterprises, schools, research institutions, and users, strengthen the guiding role of government departments, and coordinate multiple agents to promote collaborative innovation of intelligent products;strengthen the supporting role of education enterprises, and enable the innovative development of education with the supply of high-quality products;strengthen the main position role of the school and promote the deep integration of intelligent products and classroom teaching;strengthen the pivotal role of scientific research institutions and stimulate the internal vitality of collaborative innovation of intelligent products;strengthen the main role of product users, and deepen the two-way guidance of learning needs and application feedback. Finally, from the four aspects of basic principles, guarantee mechanism, practice mode and implementation ideas, the paper puts forward the promotion strategy of collaborative innovation of intelligent education products “politics, industry, learning, research and application”.
