摘要
以3种薹草属植物为研究对象,采用正交试验方法,研究了薹草种类、芽数、间距及深度栽培因子对薹草生长发育的影响。结果表明:薹草种类对生长发育的影响最大,在5个测量时间段内,株高贡献率、分蘖贡献率均为最大。生长发育速度在不同薹草种类之间差异较大,亚柄薹草与低矮薹草生长发育指标测量值较高。薹草芽数对其生长发育有一定影响。不同的薹草芽数处理中,薹草生长发育指标均在9月29日达到最大值,但各处理之间差异不显著,生长初期各指标增幅较大,但随着测量时间延长,薹草生长发育逐渐变缓。而间距、深度各水平之间无显著差异。该研究为薹草高产优质栽培体系的建立提供了参考依据,对薹草种植关键技术措施的制定具有重要意义。
Three Carex species were taken as the research object,and the effects of the species,bud number,spacing and depth of cultivation factors on the growth and development of Carex were studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that the species of Carex had the greatest impact on growth and development.In the five measurement periods,the contribution rate of plant height and tiller were the largest.The growth and development rate varied greatly among different Carex species,and the measured values of growth and development indexes of Carex subpediformis and Carex humilis were higher.The number of sprouts of Carex had a certain effect on its growth and development.In different treatments of Carex bud number,the growth and development indexes of Carex reached the maximum value on September 29th,but there was no significant difference between the treatments.The indexes increased greatly in the early stage of growth,but the growth and development of Carex slowed down gradually with the extension of measurement time.There was no significant difference between the levels of spacing and depth.This study provides a reference basis for the establishment of high-yield and high-quality cultivation system of Carex,and is of great significance to the formulation of key technical measures for Carex planting.
