This paper discusses the important role of the informatization construction of teaching administration in colleges and universities,analyzes the problems existed in the informatization construction,expounds the necessity and importance of strengthening the informatizaiton construction of teaching administration,points out the attentions in the implementation of software engineering in teaching administration information system,and proposes the countermeasures and measures of speeding up and promoting the informatizaiton construction of teaching administration in colleges and universities.It also puts forward its own views on the standardized management and application practice of teaching administration informatization system for reference.
