张家口、林芝、雅江口蘑的气相色谱指纹图谱

摘要 目的:建立不同种类和产地的口蘑的气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)指纹图谱,为其分析鉴定技术与品质控制管理技术提供基础。方法:采用TG-5SIL MS(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm),载气为高纯度He(纯度≥99.999%),流速为1.2mL/min,程序升温(初温45℃,保持2min,以4℃/min升到150℃,以10℃/min升到260℃,保持5min),进样口温度250℃,分流比10:1,对口蘑样品进行分析。结果:通过NIST的检索,得到三种不同产地的蘑菇样品中共有特征组分,根据质谱共有峰,对其中挥发性香气成分进行进一步的分析。结论:建立的GC-MS指纹图谱法操作简便,稳定性良好,根据特有挥发性成分进行鉴别,快速区分不同产地的蘑菇。 Objective: Establish the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) fingerprints of mushrooms of different species and origins to provide the basis for their analysis and identification technology and quality control management technology. Methods: TG-5SIL MS(30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm), carrier gas is high purity helium(purity ≥99.999%), flow rate is 1.2 mL/min, program temperature rise(initial temperature 45 ℃, hold for 2 min, rise to 150 ℃ at 4 ℃/min, rise to 260 ℃ at 10 ℃/min, hold for 5 min), the inlet temperature is 250 ℃, and the shunt ratio is 10 :1, the mushroom sample was analyze. Results: Through the search of NIST, the common characteristic components of mushroom samples from three different origins were obtained, and the volatile aroma components were further analyzed according to the common peaks of mass spectrometry. Conclusion: The established GC-MS fingerprint method is simple and stable, according to the unique volatile components distinguish mushrooms from different origins can be ondentified.
