摘要
依据榆树坡煤矿2202工作面回采巷道现场调查和监测,对巷道整体表现出的变形情况进行了全面研究,对具体的变形破坏机理进行了全面分析与探究,得到了导致巷道出现大变形破坏的主要因素是由于巷道围岩和支护系统不耦合导致的。针对这种情况,选择使用耦合支护理论,形成了“锚杆(锚索)+槽钢+W钢带”的复合支护方案,对巷道支护过程和支护参数进行了全面优化,通过对巷道围岩变形进行观测表明,该返修方案有效控制了巷道稳定。
According to the field investigation and monitoring of the mining roadway in 2202 working face of Yushupo Coal Mine, the overall deformation of the roadway was comprehensively studied, the specific deformation and failure mechanism was comprehensively analyzed and explored,and the main factor leading to the large deformation and failure of the roadway was due to the uncoupling of the roadway surrounding rock and support system. In view of this situation, the coupling support theory was selected to form a composite support scheme of "anchor rod(anchor cable)+channel steel+W steel belt". The roadway support process and support parameters were comprehensively optimized. The observation of the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway showed that the repair scheme effectively controlled the stability of the roadway.
