摘要
在实验室内对广西某钢厂的转炉灰样品进行成型试验研究,对粘结剂种类进行了筛选,确定以羧甲基纤维素为成型粘结剂,探讨了粘结剂添加量、水分、成型压力和干燥方式对球团抗压强度的影响,得出了合理的粘结剂添加量和适合的成型条件和干燥制度。
In the laboratory, the converter ash sample of a steel mill in Guangxi was tested for briquetting experiment, the type of binder was selected to determine the CMS as the briquetting binder, the effects of binder addition, moisture, briquetting pressure and drying method on the compressive strength of briquettes were discussed, and a reasonable binder addition amount and suitable briquetting conditions and drying system were obtained.
