摘要
根据船舶外场涂装作业的特点,将无组织排放转化为有组织排放,采用高空作业车喷涂,可调节的吸风罩进行废气收集,通过活性炭吸附+高温脱附/催化燃烧的方式对有机废气进行处理。经过计算收集率达55.1%,催化燃烧效率达98%。
According to the characteristics of the painting operation on the ship’s outfield, the unorganized emission was converted into organized emission. The aerial work vehicle was used for spraying, and the adjustable air suction hood was used for waste gas collection. The organic waste gas was treated by activated carbon adsorption and high-temperature desorption/catalytic combustion. After calculation, the collection rate was 55.1%, and the catalytic combustion efficiency was 98%.
