“双碳”背景下的山西省钢铁行业低碳发展路径

摘要 在“碳达峰”“碳中和”背景下,碳排放量较高在钢铁行业备受关注,山西作为钢铁产量增幅最大的省份,在减排方面压力巨大。本文从产业规模、分布特征、产业链、碳排放等角度分析了全国与山西省钢铁行业发展现状;探讨了山西省钢铁行业主要存在的问题,主要是产能利用率低、短流程炼钢比率低、工业用钢比率低、排放强度高、产业链条短等;从新工艺应用、循环化改造、网络共生体构建、产业链延伸、协同降碳技术等方面对山西省钢铁行业的低碳路径给出了相关建议。 In the context of “carbon peaking” and “carbon neutrality”, the steel industry with high carbon emissions has attracted much attention, and Shanxi, as the province with the largest increase in steel production, is under great pressure to reduce emissions. This paper analyzes the development status of the steel industry in China and Shanxi Province from the perspectives of industrial scale, distribution characteristics, industrial chain and carbon emissions. The main problems in the iron and steel industry in Shanxi Province were discussed, mainly low capacity utilization, low short-process steelmaking ratio, low industrial steel ratio, high emission intensity and short industrial chain. Relevant suggestions are given on the lowcarbon path of Shanxi iron and steel industry from the aspects of new process application, recycling transformation, network symbiote construction,industrial chain extension, and collaborative carbon reduction technology.
