化工企业转型升级创新路径研究——以成都玉龙化工为例

Research on Innovation Path of Transformation and Upgrading of Chemical Enterprises——Take Chengdu Yulong Chemical Industry as an Example

化工行业是国民经济的重要基础性行业,当前外部发展的不确定性不断增加,新挑战层出不穷,对化工企业转型升级提出了更高要求。然而我国化工企业转型升级仍面临一些桎梏,关于转型升级路径的探索也较为缺乏。因此,通过研究一家60余年历史的老牌化工企业的成功转型升级路径,总结其在转型升级中使用的创新方式、方法,提出化工企业转型升级的一些对策建议,为我国化工企业转型升级路径构建出谋划策。

The chemical industry is an important basic industry of the national economy. The uncertainty of the current external development is increasing, and new challenges emerge one after another, which puts forward higher requirements for the transformation and upgrading of chemical enterprises. However, the transformation and upgrading of China’s chemical enterprises still face some shackles, and the exploration of transformation and upgrading path is also relatively lacking. Therefore, by studying the successful transformation and upgrading path of an old chemical enterprise with a history of more than 60 years, summarizing its innovative ways and methods in transformation and upgrading, and putting forward some countermeasures and suggestions for transformation and upgrading of chemical enterprises, we can provide suggestions for the construction of transformation and upgrading path of chemical enterprises in China.
