耳后侵袭性纤维瘤病一例报告

摘要 侵袭性纤维瘤病(aggressive fibromatosis,AF)是一种罕见的在深部软组织中发生的成纤维细胞增生,其特征是浸润性生长和局部生长,可发生于全身各处,首选手术治疗。本文报告1例耳后侵袭性纤维瘤病患者的临床资料,以加深对本病的认识。1临床资料患者,男,26岁,因发现右耳后肿物5年于2020年9月9日入院,患者自诉5年前发现右耳后肿物,当时无明显症状,今年来自觉肿物渐进性增大,无疼痛,无发热,无耳流脓.
