5个梨品种在低温胁迫下的生理响应及抗寒性评价 被引量:9

摘要 为丰富适宜新疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州气候条件栽培的梨品种,本试验以库尔勒香梨为对照,以雪香、新梨七号、红香酥和玉露香为供试品种,研究低温胁迫处理下5个梨品种一年生枝条抗寒性相关指标的变化,计算其枝条的半致死温度,并采用隶属函数法进行抗寒性评价。结果表明,随胁迫温度降低,5个梨品种枝条的相对电导率和丙二醛、脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势,可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量和SOD、POD活性呈先上升后下降趋势。5个梨品种枝条的半致死温度分别为-29.96℃(库尔勒香梨)、-31.41℃(雪香)、-32.95℃(新梨七号)、-28.52℃(红香酥)、-27.81℃(玉露香)。利用隶属函数法计算得出低温胁迫下梨品种各抗寒性相关指标的平均隶属度值,以其排序的抗寒性结果为新梨七号>雪香>库尔勒香梨>红香酥>玉露香。 In order to increase the number of pear varieties suitable for cultivation in the climatic conditions of Bayingoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang,four varieties including Xuexiang,Xinli 7,Hongxiangsu and Yuluxiang were selected for the experiment with Kolar Pear as the control.Under low temperature stress,the changes of indicators related to cold resistance of annual branches of the five pear varieties were analyzed,the semi-lethal temperature of branches was calculated,and then their cold resistance were evaluated by membership function method.The results showed that with the decrease of temperature,the relative conductivity,and malondialdehyde and proline contents of the five varieties showed an upward trend,while the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar and the activity of SOD and POD showed a trend of increasing firstly and then decreasing.The semi-lethal temperature of the five species were-29.96℃(Korla Pear),-31.41℃(Xuexiang),-32.95℃(Xinli 7),-28.52℃(Hongxiangsu)and-27.81℃(Yuluxiang).The average membership value of the indicators related to cold resistance of the five pear varieties were calculated under low temperature stress,and then their cold resistance was ranked as Xinli 7>Xuexiang>Korla Pear>Hongxiangsu>Yuluxiang.
