金黄色葡萄球菌噬菌体生物学特性研究

摘要 本研究利用分离自生鲜牛乳样品中的金黄色葡萄球菌作为宿主菌,从污水中分离得到一株噬菌体,命名为RPCSa20091。对其生物学特性研究结果显示,该噬菌体属于微球形有尾目噬菌体;宿主谱较宽,裂解率为81.8%;在40℃条件下噬菌体相对稳定,45℃条件下不生长;pH值在3~10时较稳定,pH值在1~2和11~12时噬菌体完全失活;其最佳感染复数为0.1;潜伏期为15 min,裂解周期为75 min。本研究结果为金黄色葡萄球菌噬菌体用于奶牛乳腺炎的治疗提供了理论基础。 In this study,a phage named RPCSa20091 was isolated from sewage by using Staphylococcu aureus isolated from raw fresh milk as the host.The analysis results of its biological characteristics showed that the phage belonged to microsphere tailed phage.The host spectrum was wide and the cleavage rate was 81.8%.The phage was relatively stable at 40℃but inactivated at 45℃.When pH was 3~10,the phage was relatively stable,but when pH was 1~2 and 11~12,it was completely inactivated.The optimal multiplicity of infection was 0.1.The latent period was 15 min and the lysis period was 75 min.The results of this study could provide a theoretical basis for the use of S.aureus phage in treating dairy cow mastitis.
