摘要
大佛寺煤矿属于冲击地压、高瓦斯、水文地质条件复杂矿井,水、火、瓦斯、煤尘、顶板、冲击地压等灾害“一应俱全”。矿井采煤与掘进之间的关系不协调,生产与灾害治理的能力不匹配,是制约矿井安全高效生产的2个主要矛盾。为解决以上问题大佛寺煤矿提出“12551”采掘接续及单进提升管理理念,即1项布局(优化开拓布局),2项超前(超前地质探查、超前灾害治理),5项优化(优化巷道设计、优化施工工艺、优化支护参数、优化劳动组织、优化队伍配置),5项提高(提高掘进装备、提高开机率、提高人员素质、提高服务系统保障、提高工资待遇),1项降低(降低万吨掘进率),实现接续平衡、单进提升。
Dafosi Coal Mine belongs to mines with rockburst,high gas,and complex hydrogeological conditions,and disasters such as water,fire,gas,coal dust,roof,rock burst and other disasters are“all available”.The uncoordinated relationship between mine mining and excavation,and the mismatch of production and disaster management capabilities are the two main contradictions that restrict safe and efficient mine production.In order to solve the above problems,Dafosi Coal Mine proposed the“12551”management concept of mining and excavation continuity and single advance improvement,namely 1 layout(optimized development layout),2 advanced(advanced geological exploration,advanced disaster control),5 optimization(optimized roadway design,optimize construction technology,optimize support parameters,optimize labor organization,optimize team configuration),5 items are improved(improve tunneling equipment,increase operating rate,improve personnel quality,improve service system guarantee,and improve wages),1 item is reduced(reduced 10000 ton excavation rate),to achieve continuous balance and single advance improvement.
