目前我国港口、码头散粮卸船普遍使用抓斗卸粮,用普通的接粮斗周转粮食,灰尘外扬,对大气和周边环境造成严重污染,对现场操作人员及附近居民健康产生较大损害。中粮工科茂盛装备(河南)有限公司研究开发的除尘接料斗无论在接收或卸料环节均能较好地抑制粉尘外扬,从而有效改善卸粮码头周围环境和保证现场工人及附近居民的身体健康。

At present,China’s ports and wharves generally have the objective reality of bulk grain unloading with grab buckets.Using ordinary grain receiving buckets to turn grain around,the dust will rise,causing serious pollution to the atmosphere and the surrounding environment,and causing great damage to the health of on-site operators and nearby residents.The dust-removal hopper researched and developed can effectively suppress dust emission in both receiving and unloading links,so as to effectively improve the environment around the grain unloading dock and ensure the health of on-site workers and nearby residents.
