摘要
食品检验对人们日常生活有重要的影响,应加以重视。对食品检验实验室管理与检验质量控制进行研究,不仅有助于提高食品检验效果,还有助于保障实验室各项业务活动的顺利进行,对我国食品行业的健康发展有着重要的促进作用。本文首先介绍了食品检验及安全防护等概念,然后对其中存在的问题进行分析,最后提出了相应的质量控制措施,以提高检验质量控制效果。
Food inspection has an important impact on people’s daily life,which needs attention from relevant personnel.This paper studies the management and quality control of food inspection laboratories.This not only helps to improve the effect of food inspection,but also helps to ensure the smooth operation of various business activities of the laboratory,which plays an important role in promoting the healthy development of China’s food industry.First,it introduces the concepts of food inspection and safety protection.Then,it analyzes the existing problems and proposes corresponding quality control measures to improve the quality control effect of inspection.
