摘要 在人们物质生活不断丰裕及消费水平提高的背景下,食品也呈多元化趋势发展。但值得注意的是,若食品存在安全隐患,摄入后会损害人们的身体健康,甚至危及生命,食品检测的开展可对食品安全性起到强化作用,需要提高重视度。本文主要就食品检测中液相色谱的应用进行了探讨、分析,以供参考。 In the context of people’s increasingly affluent material life and improved consumption level,food is also showing a diversified trend of house exhibitions,However,it is worth noting that if food has potential safety hazards,it will directly damage people’s bodies and even endanger their lives after ingestion.The development of food testing can strengthen food safety,so more attention should be paid to it.This article mainly discusses and analyzes the application of liquid chromatography in food detection for reference.
