摘要 随着科学技术的不断进步,各种科学、高科技的检测手段层出不穷,并在食品质量管理中得到了广泛的应用,为食品的安全提供了有力的保障。此外,检验人员必须不断提升技术水平,以确保食品检验技术的有效应用。同时,我国食品安全相关法律法规的发展还有待进一步深化,这对于维护国家和人民的利益具有重大的现实意义。 With the continuous progress of science and technology,a variety of scientific and high-tech detection methods emerge in an endless stream and are widely used in food quality management,providing a strong guarantee for food safety.Therefore,inspectors must improve their technical level constantly to ensure the effective application of food inspection technology.In addition,the development of food safety laws and regulations needs to be further development in China,which has great practical significance for safeguarding the interests of the country and the people.
