摘要 随着生活品质的提高,人们对于食品的要求及关注度也在逐渐提升,由以往的只关心温饱问题到现在更加注重食品的安全和健康。近年来,因食品添加剂使用不当导致的食品安全问题频发,引起了社会的广泛关注和讨论。基于此,本文主要分析食品添加剂对食品安全的影响,以及相应的预防措施,旨在为相关人员提供参考。 With the improvement of the quality of life,people’s food requirements and attitudes are gradually changing,from the past only concerned about food and clothing issues to now pay more attention to food safety and health.In recent years,there are often safety problems caused by improper use of food additives,which have aroused widespread concern and discussion in society.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the impact of food additives on food safety,as well as the relevant preventive measures,in order to provide a reference for the relevant personnel.
