With the improvement of the quality of life,people’s food requirements and attitudes are gradually changing,from the past only concerned about food and clothing issues to now pay more attention to food safety and health.In recent years,there are often safety problems caused by improper use of food additives,which have aroused widespread concern and discussion in society.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the impact of food additives on food safety,as well as the relevant preventive measures,in order to provide a reference for the relevant personnel.
