全面深化改革必须以党的二十大精神为指导,在实践中坚持人民利益至上的政治立场,恪守不能损害人民群众根本利益的底线,运用勇于刀刃向内的自我革命和自我革新方式,坚持以人民满意为衡量标准,增强驾驭资本的能力,确保党的性质和宗旨不变,确保广大人民群众拥护和支持改革,确保人民群众切实享受改革的成果。

To comprehensively deepen the reform,we must take the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the guide,adhere to the political position that the interests of the people are paramount in practice,stick to the bottom line that cannot harm the fundamental interests of the people,use the self-revolution and self-innovation methods,insist on the idea of people’s satisfaction as the measurement standard,enhance the ability of the people to control capital,ensure that the nature and purpose of the Party remain unchanged,guarantee that the broad masses of the people support for the reform,and make sure that the people will enjoy the fruits of reform.
