思政教育在技能型人才培养中的路径探析——以河北省高职院校技能型人才培养为例

On the Path of Ideological and Political Education in the Cultivation of Skilled Talents:Taking the Cultivation of Skilled Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hebei Province as an Example

加强技能型人才的思想政治教育有利于培育工匠精神、提升人才培养质量。当前高职院校思政教育工作存在着目标和内容不够明确、重视度不高、忽视学生主体作用等问题。明确思政教育目标,将思政教育融入专业教育,创新思想政治教育模式,培育高水平思想政治教育队伍,能够切实提高河北省技能型人才培养质量。

Carrying out ideological and political education for skilled talents is conducive to the cultivation of craftsman spirit and the quality of talent training.At present,there are many problems in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,such as unclear objectives and contents,less attention on ideological and political education,and neglect of students’main role.Clarifying the objectives of ideological and political education,integrating ideological and political education into professional education,innovating ideological and political education models,and cultivating high-level ideological and political education teams can effectively improve the quality of skilled personnel training in Hebei Province.
