联合授权管理对早期胃癌内镜黏膜下剥离术后患者幽门螺杆菌根除治疗效果的影响

Effect of Joint empowerment management on Effect of Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy after endoscopic submucosal dissection of early gastric cancer

目的探讨联合授权管理对早期胃癌内镜黏膜下剥离术后患者幽门螺杆菌根除治疗效果的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2022年3月在南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院消化内科行内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗的幽门螺杆菌阳性患者238例。行前后对照,2021年7月前的患者纳入对照组,实施常规护理管理,2021年7月之后的患者纳入观察组,实施联合授权管理。比较分析两组患者的幽门螺杆菌根除率与根除成功率,患者自护能力及患者满意度。结果观察组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率为80.77%,根除成功率为67.69%,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的自护能力、满意度也均高于对照组[(124.45±17.36)分比(111.89±26.58)分,(4.32±0.51)分比(3.46±0.84)分,P<0.05]。结论联合授权管理可提高早期胃癌内镜黏膜下剥离术后患者幽门螺杆菌根除治疗根除率及成功率,提高患者自护能力与满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of Joint empowerment management on effect of the Helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication therapy after endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)of early gastric cancer.Method 238 Hp positive patients who underwent ESD from September 2020 to March 2022 were selected as subjects.Patients who treated before July 2021 were included in the control group for routine nursing management,and patients after July 2021 were included in the observation group for Joint empowerment management.Hp eradication rate,eradication success rate,patient self-care ability and patient satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Result The eradication rate of Hp in observation group was 80.77%and the success rate was 67.69%,which were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The self-care ability and satisfaction of observation group were higher than control group[(124.45±17.36)vs(111.89±26.58),(4.32±0.51)vs(3.46±0.84),P<0.05].Conclusion Joint empowerment management can significantly improve the effect of Hp eradication therapy in patients with early gastric cancer after ESD,which improve patients’self-care ability and satisfaction.
