参黄汤对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复及胃肠激素分泌的影响

Effect of Shenhuang Decoction on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery and Gastrointestinal Hormone Secretion in Patients with Gastric Cancer after Operation

目的 探讨参黄汤对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复及胃肠激素分泌的影响。方法 选取2021年3月—2022年3月黄冈市第三人民医院收治的88例胃癌术后患者,随机分为2组,对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用参黄汤治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果 研究组患者治疗后的肠胃功能恢复情况比对照组更好(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后胃肠激素指标情况比对照组更好(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的生活质量水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 参黄汤对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复及胃肠激素分泌的治疗效果更加显著,可以促进患者胃肠功能的尽快恢复,改善胃肠激素的相关指标,缩短住院时间,提高整体生活质量,使患者更快恢复身体健康,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of Shenhuang decoction on gastrointestinal function recovery and gastrointestinal hormone secretion in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods From March 2021 to March 2022,88 patients with postoperative gastric cancer in Huanggang Third People’s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with Shenhuang decoction.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results The recovery of gastrointestinal function in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastrointestinal hormone indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group was better than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenhuang decoction has a more significant therapeutic effect on gastrointestinal function recovery and gastrointestinal hormone secretion in patients with gastric cancer after surgery,which can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function as soon as possible,improve the related indicators of gastrointestinal hormone,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the overall quality of life,and make patients recover their health faster,which is worthy of promotion.
