张国梁主任医师辨治自身免疫性肝炎经验浅析

Analysis on the Experience of Chief Physician Zhang Guoliang in the Treatment of Autoimmune Hepatitis

目的 对张国梁教授临床辨治自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)的经验进行浅析。方法 从疾病中医范畴、病因病机、辨证施治、日常调控等方面对张国梁教授临床辨治自身免疫性肝炎的经验进行论述。结果 自身免疫性肝炎发病主要责之“肝、脾、肾”三脏,主要病因病机为肝郁脾虚,加之肾阴亏虚,主要治疗大法为疏泄肝气、补益脾肾。结论 中医治疗疾病具有因人制宜的特点,AIH患者用西药可控制指标,用中医中药可使其临床症状明显改善,张国梁教授在AIH中医辨治方面的经验值得学习及推广。

Objective To analyze Professor Zhang Guoliang’s clinical experience in the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis.Methods Professor Zhang Guoliang’s clinical experience in the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis was discussed from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine category,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,daily regulation and so on.Results The main responsibility of autoimmune hepatitis is “liver,spleen and kidney”.The main etiology and pathogenesis is liver depression and spleen deficiency,combined with kidney yin deficiency.The main treatment method is to relieve liver qi and tonify spleen and kidney.Conclusion The treatment of diseases with traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of adjusting measures to individual conditions.The indicators of autoimmune hepatitis patients can be controlled with western medicine,and the clinical symptoms can be significantly improved with traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Zhang Guoliang’s experience in the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis is worth learning and popularizing.
