壮骨汤治疗绝经后肝肾亏虚型原发性骨质疏松症临床研究

Clinical Study on Zhuanggu Decoction in Treating Postmenopausal Primary Osteoporosis with Deficiency of Liver and Kidney

目的 探讨壮骨汤治疗绝经后肝肾亏虚型原发性骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法 将宁夏回族自治区中医医院暨中医研究院2021年1月—2021年12月收治的60例证属肝肾亏虚型原发性骨质疏松症患者分组,按照就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用钙尔奇D片、阿法D_(3)、福善美治疗,观察组采用壮骨汤治疗。评估2组患者的临床疗效、腰椎骨密度。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后2组腰椎骨密度升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 壮骨汤治疗绝经后肝肾亏虚型原发性骨质疏松症具有明显的治疗效果,可以提高患者的腰椎骨密度,患者症状及体征明显改善,在临床医学研究中具有较高的实用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical study of Zhuanggu decoction in the treatment of postmenopausal primary osteoporosis with liver and kidney deficiency.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021,60 cases of primary osteoporosis with liver and kidney deficiency in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Research Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of treatment,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Calcierci D tablet,Afalfa D_(3) and Fosanmei,and the observation group was treated with Zhuanggu decoction.The clinical effect and lumbar bone density of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the lumbar bone density of the two groups increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhuanggu decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on postmenopausal patients with primary osteoporosis due to liver and kidney deficiency,which can improve patients’ lumbar vertebra bone density and improve patients’ symptoms and signs.It has high practical value in clinical medical research.
