补阳还五汤联合预防性干预对高血压脑出血患者炎症反应的影响

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Preventive Intervention on Inflammatory Response in Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的 研究补阳还五汤联合预防性干预对高血压脑出血患者炎症反应的影响。方法 选取洪洞县中医医院2018年1月-2020年1月收治的60例高血压脑出血患者,分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组给予常规治疗,进行预防性护理干预;观察组加用补阳还五汤,疗程4周。比较2组疗效;全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度;白介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α;半身不遂、口眼㖞斜、偏身麻木,气短乏力、心悸盗汗中医证候积分。结果 观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组;2组血液流变学指标及炎性因子水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 补阳还五汤联合预防性干预可改善高血压脑出血患者机体血液流变学,减轻炎症反应,效果显著。

Objective To study the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with preventive intervention on inflammatory response in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Hongdong County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases) and observation group(30 cases).The control group was given routine treatment and preventive nursing intervention.The observation group was additionally given Buyang Huanwu decoction.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The curative effects,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,interleukin-6,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,night sweat traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group after treatment.The levels of hemorheology indexes and inflammatory factors in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with preventive intervention can improve hemorheology and reduce inflammatory response in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and has significant effect.
