苏黄止吐汤足浴联合穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻临床观察

Clinical Observation on Suhuang Zhitu Decoction Foot Bath Combined With Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Pernicious Vomiting

目的 观察苏黄止吐汤足浴联合穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻的临床效果。方法 60例妊娠恶阻患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予西医常规补液对症治疗;观察组在对照组基础上,给予苏黄止吐汤足浴联合穴位贴敷治疗。治疗8 d后比较2组治疗效果、复发率情况,并评价其安全性。结果 观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗过程中均无明显的不良反应情况发生。结论 苏黄止吐汤足浴联合穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻提升了临床治愈率,降低临床复发率,无明显不良反应,有必要在临床上进一步研究和应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Suhuang Zhitu decoction foot bath combined with acupoint application in the treatment of pernicious vomiting.Methods Sixty cases of pernicious vomiting patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group(30 cases in each group).The control group received symptomatic treatment of conventional western medicine fluid rehydration.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Suhuang Zhitu decoction foot bath combined with acupoint application.After 8 days of treatment,the therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared,and the safety was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in 2 groups during treatment.Conclusion Suhuang Zhitu decoction foot bath combined with acupoint application in the treatment of pernicious vomiting can improve the clinical cure rate,reduce the clinical recurrence rate,no obvious adverse reactions,it is necessary to further study and application in clinical practice.
