从虚论治经行头痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Menstrual Headache from Deficiency

目的 从虚论治气血虚弱型经行头痛的临床效果。方法 将门诊70例气血虚弱型经行头痛患者按随机数字表法分成2组,各35例。观察组服人参养荣汤加减治疗,对照组服用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。对比2组治疗效果及治疗后3个月内头痛发作频次、持续时间、疼痛程度。结果 观察组(人参养荣汤)总有效率优于对照组,P=0.016,差异有统计学意义。治疗3个月后,在经行头痛发作频次、持续时间及疼痛程度方面,观察组(人参养荣汤)病情改善都优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 从虚论治,采用人参养荣汤加减治疗气血虚弱型经行头痛临床疗效良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of treating menstrual headache of deficiency of qi and blood type from deficiency.Methods 70 patients with menstrual headache of deficiency of qi and blood type were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Renshen Yangrong decoction,and the control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule.The thrapeutic effect and the frequency,duration and severity of headache within 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was higher than the observation group,P=0.016,and the difference was statistically significant.After 3 months of treatment,the improvement in the frequency,duration and severity of menstrual headache in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion From the treatment of deficiency,Renshen Yangrong decoction is better than sibilin(flunarizine hydrochloride) in the treatment of menstrual headache of deficiency of qi and blood type from deficiency.
