黄帝内针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huangdi Internal Acupuncture Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的 观察黄帝内针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 选取60例2020年9月—2021年8月于珠海市中西医结合医院针灸科门诊就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者,并随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用黄帝内针疗法进行针刺治疗,对照组采用常规取穴针刺治疗,通过比较2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及日本骨科协会下腰痛量表(JOA)评分的差异,判断2组治疗前后的临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后VAS评分及JOA评分均较治疗前改善显著(P<0.05),且治疗组的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的临床整体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 黄帝内针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,且操作简便、患者配合度高,适于临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangdi internal acupuncture therapy on lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation who visited the outpatient of acupuncture and moxibustion department in Zhuhai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from September 2020 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Huangdi internal acupuncture therapy,while the control group was treated with conventional acupoint selection acupuncture.The clinical effect was evaluated by comparing the Visual Analog Scale(VAS) and the Low Back Pain Scale of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA) scores between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The scores of VAS and JOA in both groups improved significantly after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Huangdi internal acupuncture therapy has a definite effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and has the advantages of simple operation and high patient cooperation,which is suitable for clinical application.
