化痰通络汤联合西药治疗急性脑梗死风痰阻络证临床观察

Clinical Effect of Huatan Tongluo Decoction Combined with Buphthalein Sodium Chloride Injection in the Treatment of Syndrome of Wind-phlegm Blocking Collaterals in Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的 观察化痰通络汤联合丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)风痰阻络证的临床疗效。方法 筛选2021年2月—2021年12月叶县人民医院院内收治的急性脑梗死患者,共计120例,均实施常规西药治疗法,之后遵照组别分配法则(单盲、平行原则)。60例患者纳入对照组,常规西药+丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗;60例患者纳入观察组,实施常规西药+丁苯酞氯化钠注射液+化痰通络汤治疗。观察不同治疗方案对2组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、神经功能、脑损伤标志物水平、睡眠质量的影响。结果 治疗后,比较对照组,观察组患者的疗效更高,中医证候积分及神经功能评分降低,脑损伤标志物水平改善,睡眠质量提高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对急性脑梗死风痰阻络证患者治疗采用常规+丁苯酞氯化钠注射液+化痰通络汤治疗,不仅有效改善了患者的临床表现,协助患者恢复神经功能,改善脑损伤,提高睡眠质量,还有效提高了临床疗效,值得临床推荐。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with Butyphthalein sodium chloride injection for syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals in acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods The study observation samples in Yexian People’s Hospital were all locked in the patients with ACI admitted to the hospital.The screening time range of observation samples was from February 2021 to December 2021,a total of 120 patients were selected,and all were treated with conventional Western medicine.After that,according to the group allocation rule(single blind,parallel principle),60 patients were included in the control group,received conventional western medicine and butylphthalide sodium chloride injection treatment,60 patients were included in the observation group received the implementation of conventional western medicine,butylphthalide sodium chloride injection and Huatan Tongluo decoction.The effect of different treatment plan on clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score,neurological function,brain injury marker level and sleep quality of two groups was compared.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the efficacy of observation group was higher,TCM syndrome score and neurological function score were decreased,the level of brain injury markers was improved,and sleep quality was improved,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with wind wind-phlegm blocking collaterals in ACI with conventional,Butylphthalide sodium chloride injection and Huatan Tongluo decoction is effective in not only improving the clinical manifestations of patients,assisting the patients to recover neurological function,improving brain damage and improving sleep quality,but also effectively improving clinical efficacy,which is worth of clinical recommendation.
