内镜下药物喷洒治疗消化性溃疡研究进展

Research Progress on Endoscopic Drug Spraying in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

消化性溃疡为临床常见病、多发病。中医药治疗此病具有较大优势,疗效显著,西医内镜诊疗技术也为中医治疗此病提供了有力帮助。而目前内中药内镜下治疗是针对消化性溃疡的常用方法,此章通过梳理近年来内镜下中药喷洒治疗消化性溃疡的临床研究,分析其中的治疗效果,总结用药规律,以期为今后消化性溃疡的临床治疗提供更多方案和诊疗思路。

Peptic ulcer is a common disease in clinic.Traditional Chinese medicine has great advantages in the treatment of this disease,and the curative effect is remarkable.The endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology of Western medicine also provides strong help for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.At present,endoscopic treatment of Chinese medicine is a common method for peptic ulcer.This chapter reviews the clinical studies on endoscopic spraying of Chinese medicine for peptic ulcer in recent years,analyzes the therapeutic effects and summarizes the medication rules,in order to provide more plans and diagnosis and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of peptic ulcer in the future.
