急性脑梗死是一种严重危及中老年患者生命安全的临床常见病和危重病。中西医结合护理是一种创新性的综合护理模式,是基于中医理论与临床实践,已被证实安全而有效的护理方式。近几十年来,中西医结合护理在中国得到了重视和发展。此文从中、西医护理技术特点和进展来综述其在急性脑梗死患者中的应用。辨证施护、药疗、食疗、中医外治、护理相结合是其特色,中西医结合护理在防治急性脑梗死方面有显著优势。

Acute cerebral infarction is a common and critical disease that seriously endangers the life safety of middle-aged and elderly patients.Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing is an innovative comprehensive nursing model,based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical evidence,has been proved to be safe and effective.In recent decades,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing has been valued and developed in China.This article summarized the characteristics and progress of nursing techniques in traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Syndrome differentiation nursing,combination of medicine therapy,diet therapy,external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,nursing is its characteristics,the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in the prevention and treatment of acute cerebral infarction has significant advantages.
