数字乡村建设的发展现状、行动困境和优化路径--基于浙江省德清县数字乡村建设的实践

数字乡村建设是实现农业农村现代化的新路径,也是全面推进乡村振兴和建设数字中国的重要内容。作为首批国家数字乡村试点地区的德清县坚持以“整体智治”理念为引领,通过全域构建“数字乡村一张图”创新数字乡村智治新模式,实现了产业提质增效、乡村治理智能精细、公共服务优质共享。为推进理论总结和经验辨识,系统阐释德清县数字乡村建设的发展现状,在此基础上进一步探讨行动困境以及优化路径,助力打造可复制可推广的数字乡村建设新模式。

Digital rural construction is a new path to realize agricultural and rural modernization,and also an important part of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and building a digital China.Deqing County,as one of the first batch of national digital rural pilot areas,adheres to the concept of“overall intelligent governance”as the guide,and innovates the new model of digital rural intelligent governance by building a“digital village map”across the board,which help to realize the improvement of industrial quality and efficiency,smart and sophisticated rural governance,and high-quality sharing of public services.In order to promote theoretical summary and experience identification.The development status of Deqing County’s digital rural construction is explained,and the action dilemma and optimization path on this basis is discussed,helping to build a domestic leading,replicable and promotable new model of digital rural construction.
